Look Up and All Around. 

I started to do those practices everyday to help rebuild my neck muscles. I would love for you to see what I saw when I looked up to the sky and away from the news of the internet.

Ever want to get lost in the terrain?  I grew up in Florida for most of my life and I really enjoyed exploring the mountains out here in Southern California in Malibu.

The majestic California beaches and cliffsides had an amazing healing effect on me as I would take daily strolls in various Southern California beaches especially in the Los Angeles area with Malibu, Santa Monica & others. 

Food is essential for survival. I did a study of all the foods I ate during my rehabilitation time. I wanted to create a visual diary of what I consumed during my time in Southern California working on my health.  Multiple Volumes comprise this subcategory.

One of my favorite things to do is explore. Come with me as I explore Southern California.  The drives in Los Angeles are phenomenal. I love the different sights along the way.

These magical wonderlands that we can take moments to get lost in helped me often when I was managing my suffering.  They were tiny worlds to immerse myself in.  Come with me and explore all the places I've been.
